Dello. was commissioned by Merin Group to design and visualize the shared spaces of a new residential development currently underway. The brief extended beyond functional resolution with the aim of elevating the overall experience of large-scale housing and redefining how collective areas are perceived within contemporary residential architecture.
Our approach focused on shaping a strong and lasting first impression through clarity, restraint and a carefully considered material language. Subtle spatial interventions and balanced proportions transform transitional zones into composed, welcoming environments that convey quality, calm and continuity.
Developed as both a design proposal and a visualization tool, the project supports the investor’s ambition to position residential architecture within a more refined and lifestyle-oriented framework. These shared spaces become the first point of contact with the building, setting expectations, establishing identity and quietly shaping the experience of arrival.
